Please Wear Holiday Attire!
Greet/Check-in Station
- Greet at the beginning of the line and explain the process (Julieta or Spanish speaker)
- Before the turn into the driveway. Put placard with family number & letter (MUST be non-school volunteer)
- Record the license plate (no signatures this year).
- Inform the gift station that Number/ letter is on the way
- Have parents open trunk for easy loading
Food Station
- Have a table of food boxes at the curb and ready to go.
- Load the food into the car
- Re-supply the curb table
Gift Station
- Record the number on the sheet as they are called in
- Retrieve all the gift bags and stage them on the curb, grouped by number
- Load the gift into the car
Community Connection Station
- We will have an extra $10 gift card for each family and (non-school) volunteer can give them out as an extra Merry Christmas Gift.
