We need volunteers that love to prepare and/or serve people at a formal dinner setting.
Bayside Church Santa Rosa has the pleasure of hosting this amazing fund raiser event for the Redwood Gospel Mission. "Evening of Hope Banquet"
To help make this an awesome and successful event, we can use your help to prepare and/or serve people at this formal dinner setting.
When: Saturday, June 19, 2021 -
Where: Bayside Church (Outside), 3175 Sebastopol Rd, Santa Rosa

Coffee Servers 4:00-7:30pm
Duties will include setting area up for coffee and tea service. Offering and serving coffee and tea to banquet guests. Must be comfortable going to tables and asking if you can serve them. Must be at least 18 years old. Dress code: black pants/skirt with white shirt/blouse
Dining Servers 4:00-8:00pm
Working in teams of 3-4 serving guests their meal at their table. Pre-set table with rolls, butter, salad, water and more. Collect table orders (of 3 choices). Be able to handle 2 filled plates (preferably), Serve quickly, pour water in glasses at the tables as needed during the banquet. Clean-up tables after event is over (clearing tables of dishes, linens, numbers, etc.). 18+ years- waiter/waitress experience will help. Experience at RGM events counts! Must be able to be on their feet for scheduled time in a fast-paced environment. Dress Code: Black pants/skirt, white shirts, and dark shoes.*This is an outdoor event. Please wear comfortable shoes.
Kitchen Helpers/Platters 4:00-6:30pm
Duties will include plating food, quickly, efficiently and attractively, plus other duties as requested by Kitchen Manager. Must be 18+. Requires a caring attitude and ability to work with others in a fast paced environment. Ability to follow the direction of kitchen manager. Dress code: All black
Set Up Crew 1:30-4:30pm
Must be 14+. Ability to follow direction. Experience with table setting will be helpful.
Helping set tables with linens and tableware.
Unload Crew 8:00 - 9:00am
